Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, exchanges or refunds are only available for defective or incorrect items. If you receive an item with an issue, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us process your request, please include a photo of the item and your order number in your email. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in brand-new condition for an exchange or refund to be considered.
Refund and Exchange Process:
- Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange or refund within a maximum of 3 business days.
- Since the item is being returned due to a defect, we will cover the shipping cost. Please pay the shipping cost initially and send the item back to us with a tracking number. Attach the shipping receipt to your email, and we will refund the shipping cost.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
- Remember, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
